Industry Groups

There are many groups in the United States and around the world actively involved in fuel cells and hydrogen, promoting policies, research, demonstration and deployment in their respective localities as well as working together to jointly advance the industry.

The recently launched UK H2Mobility group

The Fuel Cell and Hydrogen Energy Association (FCHEA), based in Washington, D.C., is the leading fuel cell and hydrogen industry association inthe United States. State-focused associations, such as the Ohio Fuel Cell Coalition (OFCC), Connecticut Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Coalition (CHFCC), California Hydrogen Business Council (CHBC), and South Carolina Hydrogen-Fuel Cell Alliance (SCHFCA), offer funding, collaborations and other opportunities for members, as well as networking opportunities via meetings, webinars and conferences, as well as information on state and local funding. There are also associations and partnerships on almost every continent.

Below is a list of national and regional fuel cell and hydrogen associations and organizations in the United States and the rest of the world. These groups are a great resource for information about the industry and frequently publish their own reports on local or regional fuel cell advancements and policies.
